Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 07.12.2018 (Annexure P-5) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, in criminal complaint case No.205 dated 16.02.2016 (NACT/685/2016) titled "Pankaj Sharma Vs Ravinder Kaur" and order dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, vide which the bail bond of the petitioner

has been cancelled.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as vide order dated 04.07.2022, passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, the main complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act stands withdrawn and petitioner stands acquitted. A copy thereof, is supplied today

in the Court and the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
