At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners states

that there is a typographical error at page 7 in Para 7 of the petition, in line

No.5 figure '15' has been wrongly mentioned as figure '16'. Accordingly

figure '16' be read as '15'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative

remedies in accordance with law.

The present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn

with the liberty as aforesaid.
