1. Even on the second call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioners. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing also.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent-authorities has submitted that the address mentioned in the petition has been found to be incorrect and the petitioners have not approached the authorities in any manner.

3. A copy of the order dated 20.11.2023 had been sent to the learned counsel for the petitioners through registered e-mail but still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

4. In light of the above, apparently nothing survives in the present petition and there is no threat perception to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed without

expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
