1. The challenge in the instant revision petition is to the

orders dated 25.07.2023 and 04.09.2023 passed by learned Civil Judge

(Senior Division), Faridabad whereby warrants of possession against the

petitioner/judgment debtor have been issued.

2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for

the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file

fresh petition on the same cause of action with better particulars.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
