1. Prayer in the present petition is for protection of life and liberty

of the petitioner as well as for taking action on the representation dated

14.03.2023 (Annexure P-2).

2. Pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2023, SHO Dinkar is present

in Court and has informed the Court that the CCTV footage is preserved

only for a month and the said CCTV footage is not available being more

than a year old.

3. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Inspector

Dinkar has stated that FIR No.276 dated 07.09.2023 under Sections

354(A)(1)(ii)/506 of IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act,

2000 has already been registered at Police Station DLF Phase-III, Gurugram Yogesh Sharma 2023.12.09 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

and hence requisite action stands taken on the representation (Annexure

P-2).

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be

passed. The present petition is disposed off with a direction to the official

respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.

5. Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed

off.
