1. After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned
counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking provisions of Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. and raise all the pleas agitated in the present petition.
2. In light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the
merits, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
