1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that

after filing of the present petition, the petitioners have informed their parents about their marriage and there is no threat perception to the petitioners at this stage. He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

2. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the competent-authorities of the State shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. A copy of the complete paper book be supplied to the parents
