1. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition as it was clearly recorded vide order dated 23.11.2023 that in case, it is found that filing of this petition has been used as an alibi by the petitioner, she will be burdened with exemplary costs, as she had raised vague and frivolous allegations against the private respondents.

2. In light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the present petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the paid

by the petitioner in the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Clerks
