The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C. for holding an enquiry and to make a complaint to the concerned Magistrate against the respondents for committing offence under Sections 193, 196, 199 and 200 IPC and for filing false affidavits dated 04.10.2017 (Annexure P-4) and 21.03.2023 (Annexure P-5) on oath in case i.e. COCP No.1906 of 2019 and other connected petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
