that the licence of the petitioner issued to him under the Punjab Targeted

Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Order

2023 stands restored.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the

aforestated position, the instant petition may be disposed of having been

rendered infructuous.
