1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.261 dated 05.10.2020 registered under Sections 307, 160, 148 & 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section 201, 212, 216-A IPC, added lateron) at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, has submitted that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 05.05.2023, the present petitioner has joined the investigation.

3. In view of the above, the interim order dated 05.05.2023 is

made absolute.
