1. The present petition has been filed for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner restrains his prayer only to
the extent that the respondent-authorities should follow the procedure of law and should not cause unnecessary harassment to the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. There is nothing on record to demonstrate that the respondent- authorities are not following the procedure of law or any violation has been done.
5. Needless to say, State authorities shall proceed in accordance
with law and, hence, no order is required to be passed in this petition.
6. In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed.
