Learned counsel representing the State submits that in view
of the judgment rendered in CWP-8833-2013 titled as 'Agyapal and
another vs. State of Punjab and others' decided on 23.03.2023, the
competent authority is prepared to re-examine the matter.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner apprehends that
the Government may decide against the petitioner and immediately throw
him out of the service.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the learned State counsel
submits that if the Government decides against the petitioner, the order
will not be given effect to for a period of 15 days to enable the petitioner
to come to the Court.
Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
