The learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner
stands acquitted vide judgment dated 24.02.2023 passed by the Judicial
Magistrate Ist Class, Abohar, the present petition for quashing of the FIR
No.70 dated 03.09.2016 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station
City 2, Abohar, District Fazilka and all subsequent proceedings arising
therefrom, has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as
having been rendered infructuous.
