petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by making
further prayer that in case petitioner surrenders before the Court
concerned, his regular bail application be decided within next four days
of its filing.

In case the petitioner surrenders within next ten days before
the Court concerned, and moves his regular bail application, learned
Court will decide the same within next four days from the date of its
filing.
