Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law

raised in the present petition has already been answered by the Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No. 14553 of 2021 and

other connected cases titled as Sandeep Kumar and others Vs. State of

Haryana and another, decided on 02.06.2022 and prays that the present

writ petition may be disposed off in terms of the said order.

Learned State counsel raises no objection to the said prayer of

the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the joint request of learned counsel for the

parties, the present petition is also disposed of in terms of Sandeep

Kumar's case (supra).

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is already

continuing at the present place of posting, till any order is passed on the

claim of the petitioner, keeping in view the judgment of Sandeep Kumar's

case (supra), the petitioner be allowed to continue at the present place of

posting.
