Present petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate order or
direction to the respondents to take action on the representation dated 13.12.2017
(Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos.8 to 10 submits that the son of
the petitioner namely Rajinder Singh, who was stated to be missing as per the
petitioner, has since gone abroad. In this regard, learned counsel makes a
reference to the order passed by this Court dated 16.05.2011 (Annexure R-8/1)
which reads thus:-
"The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 17.4.2009 and 11.2.2010 whereby respondent No.2-Dalip Singh has been acquitted of the charges framed against him under Sections 406,420 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

The dispute arose with the accused-Dalip Singh on account of the fact that he had received Rs.3,70,000/- from the complainant Mohinder Kaur for sending her son Rajender Singh abroad. The complainant-Mohinder Kaur and accused Dalip Singh are related to each other. The agreement was to send her son Rajinder Singh abroad alongwith the son of accused Dalip Singh. The accused has been acquitted on the ground that the son of complainant was sent abroad. This is the report of Human Rights Commission. However, his whereabouts are not known to the complainant. Hence, no cheating or breach of trust has been proved on record against the accused.
No grounds to interfere in the judgments of the Courts below. Criminal Revision is dismissed."
In view of the aforesaid the present petition is disposed of as having
been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternate
remedy available to her in accordance with law.
