Petitioner has filed this revision petition for setting aside the

order dated 20.10.2022 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Narnaul in

execution petition No.302-2016, whereby objections filed by judgment

debtor was ordered to be dismissed with costs.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner

does not press this petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.

The prayer is accepted.

The petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
