Instant revision petition has been filed under Section 401 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 18.11.2019
passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat, whereby the
petitioner has been charged for the offence under Section 4 read with
Section 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for
short "the POCSO Act") as well as under Section 376 read with Section 511
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Copy of judgment dated 03.09.2022 passed by learned Additional
Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Panipat is taken on record. An
examination, thereof, shows that the petitioner-Ram Parvesh has been
acquitted of the charges framed against him.
Instant petition, is therefore, rendered infructuous and is dismissed
as such.
