Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.116
dated 24.04.2021, registered for offences under Sections 376, 506 and 120-B
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna
Nagar, Annexure P-1.
Xerox copy of the written intimation received in the office of
Advocate General, Haryana is taken on record.
A perusal, thereof, shows that the petitioner, who is one of the
accused, has been acquitted vide judgment dated 09.09.2022.
In view of the above, petition is rendered as infructuous and is
dismissed as such.
