Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated 19.01.2016 vide which the petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and also to the judgment dated 21.11.2017 vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No. 1 have submitted that the petitioner has already undergone the entire sentence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he does not wish to press the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been not pressed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of, in view of the abovesaid order.
