Status report dated 30.05.2022 has has been received from Trial
Court, in terms of which, petitioner - Jaswant Singh @ Rinku has already
been acquitted of charges by Trial Court in the instant case FIR, vide
judgment of acquittal dated 30.05.2022.
In view of above, since petitioner has already been acquitted of
charges by Trial court, vide judgment of acquittal dated 30.05.2022, instant
petition seeking regular bail moved by petitioner is disposed of having been
rendered infructuous.
