This petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 142, dated

25th April, 2020, under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections

148/149/188/307/323/506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (201, 324 IPC added

later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District

Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time

and realising that the petition is not maintainable in view of the judgment

of the Supreme Court in State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan

and others, 2019(2) RCR (Criminal) 225, seeks permission to withdraw

the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
