Vide this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the communications dated 01.01.2021 (Annexures P-9 to P-9E) and those dated 05.01.2021 (Annexures P-10 to P-10K), passed by the respondent-authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with plots having been allotted by the respondent-authorities to most of the petitioners and the others simply having taken a refund of the money paid

by them, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
