This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 25 dated 27.03.2012 registered under Sections 324, 323, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 201 IPC added later on) at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) as well as the judgment of conviction dated 16.08.2018 and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise in case the compromise is still effectual between the parties and the parties are ready to get their statements recorded.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
