Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly does not deny that

the issue in this petition is covered not just by the judgment of the Supreme

Court in M/s Newtech Promoters and Developers Pvt. Ltd. vs. State of UP

and others, Law Finder Doc Id #1908491 but also a judgment of this court in

M/s Sana Realtors Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory

Authority and others (and other connected petitions), decided on

25.05.2022, with the same issue with regard to the same petitioner also having

been decided yesterday by this court vide CWP no.6060 fo 2020.

Disposed of in the same terms.
