Present application has been filed on behalf of the respondent

for placing on record the copy of the judgment dated 25.11.2019, passed by

learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) and also seeking exemption from

filing certified copy of the same.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, same is

allowed and the requisite judgment is taken on record as Annexure R-1.

Present application has been filed on behalf of the respondent

for dismissal of the main revision petition as the same has allegedly become

infructuous, in view of the judgment dated 25.11.2019, passed by learned

Civil Judge (Junior Division).

Perusal of the paperbook reveals that the revision petition was

filed, at the instance of Rajneesh Ghei, who was defendant before learned

Lower Court, to challenge the order dated 19.11.2018, passed by the Court,

thereby dismissing the application for recording of the cross-examination by

way of video conferencing.

The main case before learned Lower Court is now stated to

have been disposed of vide judgment dated 25.11.2019, which has been

placed on record as Annexure R-1 today, vide CM-4037-CII-2022

In view of the averments made in the application, same is

allowed.

Main case

Consequently, the main petition is hereby dismissed as having

become infructuous.
