The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227
of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction as deemed fit, for quashing the order dated 30.09.2015 (Annexure P-19) vide which the petitioner has been ordered to be retired from service on attaining the age of 59 years as on 30.09.2015; along with certain other prayers.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Same was the position on the last date of hearing.
In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed as not
pressed.
