Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles

226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of

certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 25.09.2020 (Annexure P-

7) being in violation of order (Annexure P-5) of Hon'ble Supreme Court

and judgment (Annexure P-6) of this Court to the extent the permit of

respondent No.4 has been changed from Contract Carriage to Stage

Carriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the

present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
