IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH.
(118) CR-283-2021
Date of Decision: February 16, 2021
Indrawati and others .. Petitioners
Versus
Vikas and another .. Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI
Present: Mr. Yogesh Kumar Saini, Advocate, for the petitioners.
HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL)
Learned counsel for the petitioners while addressing arguments
has only raised apprehension that while deciding the present application,
certain observations have been made on the merits of the case which are
likely to hamper the case of the petitioners when ultimately argued for final
decision.
This apprehension is not at all correct keeping in view the
paragraph 12 of the judgment where the Court has already said that anything
expressed in this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on
the merits of the case.
That being so apprehension of the petitioners is totally
unfounded. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
he does not wish to press this petition any further.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having
been not pressed.
