Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special PP for the State.

2 The appellant has preferred the present Appeal under Section 14A (2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (for brevity, SC/ST) (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of his prayer for regular bail vide order dated 10.09.2020 passed in Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (for brevity, POCSO) Act Trial No 120 of 2019 by Additional Sessions Judge I -cum- Special Judge, Siwan in a case registered under Sections 376D of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3 (2) v

(a) of SC/ST Act arising out of Siwan Mahila Police Station Case No 74 of 2018.

3 As per the report, the trial has concluded and only arguments are to be heard.

4 The appellant's counsel, therefore, submits that he would not press this appeal. However, he expresses an apprehension that the matter may prolong unnecessarily.

5 This Court would only observe that the trial Court, in view of conclusion of the trial, should expedite the consideration of arguments, without any undue delay and without granting any undue adjournments.

6 With these observations, this appeal is disposed of.
