Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner have been claimed in the writ petition -
i) To quash the memo no. 264 dated 23.03.2017 issued by the Block Development Officer, Vikramganj, Rohtas whereby and whereunder stop the withdrawal of the amount in the account of the petitioner;
ii) To further direct the respondent authority start payment of pension to the petitioner with Patna High Court CWJC No.20899 of 2018 dt.07-01-2021
immediate effect."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have been heard.
5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
