In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

i. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus upon Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 [Chairman ;

                                    and,    Secretary,    Bihar      School
                                    Examination        Board        (Senior

Secondary) hereafter referred as 'the Board'] to intensively enquire into matter of the petitioner's grave concern; and, get immediately issued, his migration certificate with Patna High Court CWJC No.16122 of 2021 dt.03-12-2021

Registration No. PPT-00907, which appears on his marks statement and provisional certificate issued by the- then Bihar Intermediate Education Council [hereafter referred as 'the Council' (Merged with Bihar School Examination Board in 2007)].

ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus upon Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 (Vice Chancellor; and, Registrar, Patna University; hereafter referred as 'the University') to permit the petitioner to appear in L.L.B.- 4th Semester Examination going to be held in September/October, 2021; who previously has been refrained to appear in L.L.B. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Semester Examinations conducted by Patna Law College, Patna; due to non- deposit of the migration certificate by him.

iii. For any other relief (S) in the form of direction (s); or, Order (s) to which this petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.

The grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending

consideration before the University. Therefore, the University is

hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and

redress the same in accordance with law. If the petitioner is not

entitled to the relief sought in the present petition, the concerned

respondent-University is hereby directed to pass a speaking

order as to why the petitioner is not entitled.

The above exercise shall be completed and communicated Patna High Court CWJC No.16122 of 2021 dt.03-12-2021

to the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands

disposed of.
