Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the provident fund

which was issued to the petitioner has been paid to somebody else.

The writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to

the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if it

is found that there is element of truth in his assertion, remedial Patna High Court CWJC No.11346 of 2021 dt.01-12-2021

action shall be taken. Needful shall be done at the earliest, in any

case, not later than three months.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
