02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the State that she has already received parawise comments and is in process of filing counter affidavit.
3. Considering such submission, four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the State to file counter affidavit after serving a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
4. List this matter in the week commencing 22nd June, 2026.
5. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
