45. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Name of Mr. Amitav Tripathy and his associates, learned counsel for the appellant shall be deleted from the cause-list as well as records, because, the brief has already been transferred from him.

3. During the course of hearing, it is felt proper for the personal hearing of the husband and wife both in the Chamber for the effective disposal of this 2nd appeal.

4. Directing both the parties shall remain present in persons on 10.03.2026, after exhausting of the list of the Court.

5. The Registry is to intimate the appellants directing them shall remain present in the Chamber on the next date.
