5. Interim orders passed earlier shall continue till the next date.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate shall obtain instructions if the unpaid wages in respect of the workers for which the prosecution has been initiated and in respect of which order had been passed on 01.12.2025 in I.A. No.438 of 2024 by this Court, has been paid by the contractor in the meanwhile.
