5. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State

waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1. An extra

copy of the CRLMC be served on him, who shall take

instructions in the matter. He is also directed to obtain the Case

6. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Speed Post
