 01.        1.       Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek the following prayer;

"In view of the above facts, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased

(i) to direct the Tahasildar, Begunia to correct the Hal ROR vide Hal Khata No-278, Plot No -1341, Kisam-Puratan Patit, Area- AO.77 dec. Mouza-Baghamari, Tahasil-Begunia, Dist-

Khurda by deleting the name of Sri Banshidhar Tripathy, who has already sold out his entire share long back in 1985.

(ii) to direct the Tahasildar, Begunia for correction of area in the Muted ROR vide vide Khata No-484/1366 , Hal Plot No- 1341/3901, Area- A0.38 dec. Mouza-Baghamari, Tahasil- Begunia,Dist-Khurda under Annexure-4 by deleting the excess Ac. 0.10 dec wrongly recorded in favour of Sri Parshuram Panda, which was illegally sold by the vendor exceeding his actual share.

(iii) to issue necessary orders to the Sub-Registrar, Khurda not to register any further sale deed relating to:

. Sabik Plot No. 1341 • Kisam - Puratan Patit • Area-Ac. 0.115 dec • Corresponding Hal Khata & Hal Plot

until proper correction of ROR and settlement of share among co-sharers, since the property is joint and unpartitioned. And, may pass any other order/orders as may deem fit and proper;"

3. In course of hearing the application, Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted to move in appropriate forum in appeal for redressal of this grievance.

4. The Writ Application is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to move the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
