the transporter of the contraband ganja in question, has

prayed for quashing the order of cognizance dated

27.02.2024 passed in Spl.G.R. Case No.176 of 2023 pending

before the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special

Judge, Malakangiri.

of the sole Opposite Party. Let an extra copy of the brief be
