08. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner and

learned counsel for the Opposite Party in one tone submit

that both the parties are agreed for amicable settlement of

the dispute through mediation.

4. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for both the

Parties are directed to approach the Coordinator,

Arbitration and Mediation Centre, High Court of Orissa,

Cuttack on 7th April, 2026, who shall fix the date of

appearance of the Parties within a week thereafter. The

Parties shall try to settle their dispute amicably before the
