03. 1. This matter is taken up today in the 1st National Lok Adalat through Hybrid Mode for settlement on the basis of compromise.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellants and learned counsel for the Insurance Company.

3. This appeal has been filed by the Claimants for enhancement of the compensation.

4. As agreed, the amount of compensation is enhanced by a further consolidated sum of

Rs.12,50,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand). The compromise sheet signed by both the parties/ their authorized representatives is taken on record.

5. Learned 7th M.A.C.T. Bhubanswar, is called upon to apportion the agreed amount as aforesaid in favour of the claimant(s) proportionately as per the impugned Award. The awarded amount shall be deposited before the learned 7th M.A.C.T. Bhubanswar, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order.

6. As the case is disposed of in the spirit of the Lok Adalat, no court fee is liable to be paid by the claimant(s).

7. The MACA is accordingly disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
