10. 1. This record is put up today in the 1st National Lok Adalat, 2026.
2. The petitioner Ms. Jyotshna Meher is present in person, but the OPs do not appear, however, Mr. Abinash Swain representing OP No.2 informs that the matter cannot be settled in Lok Adalat since there is interest components involved in this case and there is no OTS Scheme by the OPs. On the other hand, the petitioner submits that if the OP.2 waives out the interest, the matter can be settled. In view of the aforesaid development and situation, it is considered in the interest of justice to place this matter before the next National Lok Adalat with request to the parties to appear during the time of pre-conciliation, so that negotiation and mediation can be done in the matter. Mr. Swain is also requested to inform the OP No.2 to appear at the time of pre-conciliation during next National Lok Adalat.
