1. Mr. Adesh Jena, learned counsel prays for an adjournment on behalf of Mr. Satyajit Mohapatra, learned counsel for the opposite parties stating that Mr. Satyajit Mohapatra had come to Court today but he left as he was not feeling well. He further submits that he knows nothing about this case.

2. Any counsel is appearing on behalf of a counsel in any case or seeking for an adjournment should have been instructed about the case by the counsel on record.

3. Mr. Anupam Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order granting interim maintenance to the opposite parties has been challenged in this CRLMP but the petitioner is more interested for amicable settlement in the matter for which while issuing notice vide order dated 27.01.2026, it had been recorded in

the order that possibility of amicable settlement of dispute will be considered on the next date. Mr. Dash, also submits that this is possible as the main allegations are against the brother-in-law of the petitioner and to show his bonafides, the petitioner has been paying the monthly interim maintenance regularly to the opposite parties. He further submits that petitioner has filed an application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act after receiving notice in Criminal Proceeding No.166 of 2025.

4. List this case on 25.03.2026.

5. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the opposite parties shall obtain instructions regarding possibility of amicable settlement in the matter.
