Order No. 09.03.2026

  01. 1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to Opposite

Parties No. 3 and 4 to register the FIR under Annexure-1 and to take up investigation. Annexure-1 to the CRLMP is the ROR. No FIR can be registered on the basis of the ROR.

2. Perusal of Annexure-2 reveals that it is a complaint addressed to the I.I.C., Baisinga Police Station and Annexure-3 is the representation addressed to the Collector, Mayurbhanj. There is no endorsement or any document to show that copy of the FIR

has been submitted before the Baisinga Police Station or sent to the S.P., Mayurbhanj.

3. Hence, I am not inclined to exercise discretionary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue any direction to the Opposite Parties No. 3 and 4.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to avail of alternate remedy which is available to him under law.

5. With the above observation, the CRLMP is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
