04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. When it is brought to the notice of the Court that the deceased had made an oral dying declaration before the informant, at this stage, Mr.Rajesh Mohapatra, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Tirth Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court afresh.
3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
