Issue emergent police notice to the Contemnor, returnable by 13.02.2026, steps for which shall be taken by the Petitioner within three working days.
Police in the meanwhile to effect service and file the service report, failing which action may follow against them.

Caution Notice:- The violation of Court order is a punishable offence under the provisions of Sections 10 & 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as also under Article 215 of the Constitution of India. Imprisonment is also permissible.
