1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This matter is not the assignment of this Bench. However, due to

non-availability of the regular Bench, this matter is taken up on

being mentioned by the Petitioner.

3. This application has been filed for grant of interim bail to the

Petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the mother of the

Petitioner having died on 26.01.2026, his presence at home during

this period is necessary to take part in the obsequies ceremony.

He further submits that the Petitioner being a responsible male

member of the family, in his absence, the other members of the

for the ceremony. He, therefore, prays for grant of interim bail to

the Petitioner.

5. Taking into account the submissions made and on going through

the averments taken in the application; this Court is inclined to

direct that the Petitioner be released on interim bail for a period

of one month reckoning from the date of his actual release by the

learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Titilagarh in

2(a)CC Case No.6 of 2025 on such terms and conditions as

deemed just and proper by the court in seisin over the matter

with further conditions that the Petitioner shall not indulge

himself in any criminal activity during the period of interim bail;

and shall positively surrender before the court in seisin over the

matter as would be so directed by the said Court on expiry of

period of interim bail.

6. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules in

course of the day.
