07. 1. Heard learned counsels for respective Petitioners and Mr.
G.Tripathy, learned AGA for the Contemnor.
2. Mr. Tripathy, learned AGA submits on behalf of the
Contemnor that steps are being taken for implementation of the
order of this Court after dismissal of the SLPs. He assures that the
order shall be complied with by end of February, 2026.
3. It is made clear that failing to comply with the order of this
Court by end of February 2026, the Secretary, Water Resources
Department to Govt. of Odisha shall appear in person before this
Court on the next date to answer as to why actions under
Contempt of Courts Act shall not be taken against him.
4. List this matter on 13th March 2026.
