02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Ashis Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail applications by praying to grant liberty to the Petitioners to renew their prayer for bail before the learned trial Court after submission of charge sheet.
3. In view of the above, the present four bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for, but subsequent bail applications of the Petitioners shall be considered
according to its own merit.
